FitMunch Hub – Returns & Refund Policy

At FitMunch Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).  

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order for online purchases, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unopened
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • All labels, seals, and tags are intact
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not qualify for return once opened.  

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Opened supplements or nutrition products
  • Perishable food items
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Clearance or sale items

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items from your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short explanation

Once approved, FitMunch Hub may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A full refund

If the error was on our side, we will cover the return shipping costs.  

4. Change of Mind Returns

If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item:

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days
  • Items must remain unopened and unused
  • Return courier costs will be for the customer’s account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Banks may take additional processing time
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Do not send products back before your return request has been approved.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Customers remain entitled to remedies for defective or misrepresented goods as provided by law.
